What are your delivery times?
Each Kaukaz piece is made individually in our workshop in France. This manufacturing process takes 1 to 2 weeks. After that, delivery takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your country.
Overall, you should expect between 2 and 3 weeks between order confirmation and delivery. We will keep you informed by email at every step (end of production, shipment, delivery).
What are the shipping costs?
Pickup Point: Free (0 €) for all orders.
Home Delivery (Colissimo): €5.90 (and free shipping from €59 of purchase).
We deliver to all countries in the European Union.
Where is my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow its progress live on our Track My Order page.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, but you must act quickly. You have 2 hours after your purchase to modify (size, address, etc.) or cancel your order in one click.
You can do this directly from your order confirmation page or via your customer account. After this delay, the production of your garment will begin.
How do your jerseys fit and how should they be cared for?
Our jerseys are designed with a fit focused on comfort and performance. We recommend consulting the Size Guide available on each product page.
To care for our breathable fabric (100% polyester): machine wash at 30°C and inside out to preserve colors and fabric quality.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Returns are free and covered by Kaukaz.
