Returns & Exchanges
At Kaukaz, you have the right to change your mind. If the size does not fit or if the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
The good news? Return shipping costs are fully covered by Kaukaz.
How to make a return in 3 steps:
- Submit your request: Simply contact us through our contact form or at contact@kaukaz-shop.com.
- Receive your label: We will send you a prepaid return label by email. Print it and attach it to the original packaging (or a sturdy package).
- Drop off your parcel: You have 14 days to drop off the package at the indicated carrier’s network.
Our return conditions: For the return to be accepted, items must be sent back in their original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Clean and in perfect condition
- With their original tags and packaging intact
⚠️ Please note: Personalized products (such as jerseys with custom name/number printing) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds:
Once your parcel has been received and inspected in our workshop, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method used for the purchase. (Note: if you paid €5.90 for standard home delivery, these initial shipping fees are not refundable).
