Shipping policy
1. PRODUCTION
Each product is handcrafted to order in our workshop in France. The manufacturing lead time is 1 to 2 weeks after order validation (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND PRICES
We deliver to all countries within the European Union.

Home delivery is free for orders over €49.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
Including production and shipping, the total estimated time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks from order placement to receipt.
Delivery times (excluding production) begin once you receive the "Shipped" email. They vary from 3 to 8 working days depending on the destination:
France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and Netherlands:
- Home Delivery: 3 to 4 working days.
- Pick-up Point: 5 to 6 working days.
Other EU countries:
- Home Delivery: 5 to 6 working days.
- Pick-up Point: 7 to 8 working days.
Note: These times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or exceptional circumstances.
4. SHIPPING AND TRACKING
To keep you informed, we send updates at every key stage:
- Production complete: Confirmation that your item is ready.
- Shipped: Your tracking number as soon as the package is handed to the carrier.
- Delivered: A final notification once your package has arrived.
5. ADDRESS AND RECEIPT
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package: In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by you or a package not collected from a pick-up point, the parcel will be returned to us. Redelivery costs will be at your expense.
Damaged Package: If your package is damaged, please report it to us as soon as possible (ideally within 72 hours) at contact@kaukaz-shop.com. Please include photos of the packaging (especially the label) and the product to speed up the process.
