Refund policy

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item or request an exchange. Return shipping costs are fully covered by Kaukaz.

Personalized products (e.g., custom name/number printing) are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Clean and in perfect condition.
• With original tags and intact packaging.

Any item returned in a non-compliant state may result in a partial refund or refusal.

3. RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Contact us via our contact form or at contact@kaukaz-shop.com.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label by email.
3. Print and attach it to the original packaging (or another sturdy package).
4. Send the package within 14 days of your return request.
